If there isn’t any effect by the food, try with applying to moisturize after taking bath. Fragrance-free moisturizers and creams are great for people with sensitive skin.

Apply essential oils contain concentrated plant extracts and different plants can have different effects for your hands. Chamomile, bitter apricot, tea tree oil, bergamot oil.. These are the best that can help you to fight with skin rash during winter cold days.
